收到 UM 的 offer letter 了,
稍微看过,变得很矛盾.
Yuran Pengajian Setahun
- RM 12,424.00
Kos Ditanggung Oleh Kerajaan
- RM 11,070.73
Yuran Dibayer Pelajar
- RM 1,353.28
政府竟然津贴那么多,
而我却偏偏放弃公民应有的福利,
去新加坡借钱,
弄到自己满身债?
昨晚,我两点才睡.
这些数字一直在我的脑海中翻转.
虽然我也没有去 UM 的念头,
但是,我突然对 NUS 却步了.
$6,720 x 4 = $26,880
$1,080 x 8 = $8,640
Course Fee + Acommodation Fee
= $35,520
= RM81,696
单单学费和住宿费就八十千了,
毕业出来真的是晕咯! @,@
更重要的是, Life Science 是个 Lab-base Course,
Lab work 一直都是我的死穴...
想了很多,两点才睡...
我到底为了什么而去 NUS,
我问了问自己,
脑海中闪过的答案:
1. NUS 咧!去那里我就和朋友们不一样了.
2. NUS咧!世界第22咧!别人问起,讲了都光荣.
3. 爸爸妈妈很光荣.
4. 毕业出来英文一定很够力.
5. 国义拿 JPA 奖学金去美国留学了,
而我只是一个连 STPM 都考不好的学生.
有的去 NUS 的话,也满足我想学别人出国的虚荣心.
=.= 原来全都是虚荣心在作怪,
我根本都没有真正去考虑我自己的前途.
别人都说我杞人忧天.
可是,如果真的没办法毕业,
我的未来真的都是债了.

i can't believe u're still worrying about this. i'll say it once, YOU ARE AN IDIOT.
there is a reason why NUS costs so much. there is also a reason why you're giving up a cheap education at UM, Malaysia. there are many reasons why things are going like this now. Why are you worrying for things like that anyway?
Are you sure it's just a simple case of 虚荣心？i'm sure u noe better than to let 虚荣心 cloud your better judgement.
i'm not saying UM is lousy. but go ahead then, since you like UM so much. If this really mattered, you wouldn't have even chosen NUS. You'd be preparing to go to UM now.
But you're just grabbing anything u can find to worry about. It's stupid. You're a dumb ass.
My dad once said, if you prepare for the worst, then you will eventually head for the worst. That's not to say you shouldn't be prepared, but instead of worrying how you will handle the worst, why not gear up and prepare to work for the best?
you're looking in all the wrong directions, thinking all the wrong things. change ur mindset dude or you will really drop out of NUS. and i WILL sneer and jeer at u when u do.

I just have qualm about my financial status after graduate.
I was just fretting. Don't u feel the same as a freshy ?
I will look for my own avenue to solve problem. I think i don't let anyone down so far, do i ?
